2. Service Description
Addis Limo Services provides luxury transportation services in Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to corporate transportation, airport transfers, wedding transportation, special occasions, group transportation, and hourly charters.
3. Booking and Reservation
To book our services, you can use our website, call our reservation line, or email us. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation from our team.
Upon submission of a booking request through our website, you will receive a confirmation call from our team within 24 hours to confirm details and provide pricing information. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive an official confirmation from us and any required deposit is paid.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for our services varies based on vehicle type, duration, distance, and other factors. We will provide you with a clear breakdown of costs before confirming your reservation.
Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash for certain services. We may require a deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due before or at the time of service, depending on the nature of the reservation.
5. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund of deposit
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the scheduled service: 50% refund of deposit
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: No refund
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
6. Service Guarantee
We guarantee that our vehicles will arrive within the specified time window for your reservation. If we fail to arrive within this window (excluding circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or traffic conditions), you may be eligible for a discount or free ride, depending on the circumstances.
7. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to maintain appropriate behavior during service. We reserve the right to terminate service without refund for disruptive, illegal, or dangerous behavior, including but not limited to:
- Illegal drug use
- Underage alcohol consumption
- Abusive or threatening behavior toward the chauffeur or other passengers
- Behavior that interferes with the safe operation of the vehicle
8. Damage Policy
Passengers will be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by their actions beyond normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to, spills, stains, breakage, or vandalism. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be charged.
9. Personal Property
While we make every effort to ensure that personal items are not lost or damaged, we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. If you discover you have left an item in one of our vehicles, please contact us immediately, and we will make reasonable efforts to locate and return it.
10. Service Limitations
Our services are subject to availability, road conditions, weather, and legal restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse service or modify routes for safety reasons or legal compliance.
11. Website Use
Our website is provided as is and as available. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the site. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the website complies with applicable laws.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Addis Limo Services and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Addis Limo Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Addis Limo Services and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
